- Needs assessments and reviews which may include training, e.g. manual handling training, carer support, and information
- Intervention and retraining to help achieve your goals within the home, work, and community environments
- Prescription of assistive technologies, including simple and complex adaptive aids and equipment, e.g. bathroom equipment, mobility aids, wheelchairs, and seating systems
- Prescription of simple and complex home modifications, e.g. grab rails, access ramps, and bathroom modifications
- Assessment of clinical care needs
- Provision of assessments and reports to enable access to NDIS, My Aged Care, and other support services
- NDIS plan review
- Support Coordination complex needs
