Alpha Omega Consulting is committed to supporting those from disadvantaged backgrounds within the local community. Thanks to the generosity of Cabra-Vale Diggers Club, Alpha Omega Consulting was awarded several ClubGRANTS which will help fund our community capacity building projects, in partnership with PCYC Fairfield-Cabramatta.

Project: Fair Go Social Enterprise Engagement Mentoring for Refugees

This project aims to equip unemployed refugees with the right education, training, and mentorship to open up new employment opportunities and build a sense of self-sufficiency.

Project: Fair Go for Refugees

This project targets newly-arrived refugee women by giving them the opportunity to undertake aged and disability care courses that cater to their limited English skills. This will empower their self-esteem, foster community interaction, and add much-needed multilingual support workers to the care sector.
